The Making:
Heat oil in a kadai, add broken red chillies, cloves, crushed coriander seeds and onions and saute for two minutes. As the onions turns a bit translucent or golden brown sides add cinnamon and bay leaves and stir. They both give a very unique aroma to your dish. Now add garlic paste, ginger paste and red chili powder & continue to saute for two minutes. Add tomatoes and salt and saute till the tomatoes become soft. Add paneer and stir gently. Cook on low heat till the paneer is heated through may be 4-5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

NOTE:I had used sliced Onions and chopped tomatoes while making the dish you can make a paste of Onion and Tomato with the help of mixer and use instead.
