Ginger-Garlic Chutney

Chutney is a very vital part of Indian dishes, it acts like a catalyst in making even the most boring food the yummiest. Here we will share the recipe of Ginger-Garlic Chutney.

Ingredients:-
  • Ginger- 1 medium sized
  • Garlic- 7-8 in numbers
  • Green chillies- 15
  • Raw mango - 1 small size
  • Salt- According to taste

Making:- Take all the ingredients and wash them properly. We then need to cut Ginger into small pieces so that it grinds well in the grinder. Take out the the outer covering of Garlic before washing it. Now remove the outer covering of the raw mango and the seed and cut it into small pieces .  Put them all in the Jar and add salt half spoon would be enough. Put the Grinder on and continue until all the ingredients turn into a smooth paste. There you are ready with the mouth watering Ginger garlic chutney...team it up with anything sandwich or Aloo ka parantha. Try for yourself and enjoy.

    Mumma's Cooking Creativity

    Hello there!!

The recipes on this blog are straight from my mumma's kitchen. She is a great cook and loves to experiment in her kitchen. Recipes like 'Sweet chutney of raw mango' , 'Mango pulp ice-cream', 'Smoking curd'  are some of her successful experiments which clearly shows her extra ordinary creativity. This blog is for all those naive cooks who want to learn cooking and surprise their loved-ones with some not-so-common dishes.

The idea of making this blog was of my brother Vipul, who after gifting his taste buds to one of her dish, couldn't resist to say,"My to-be-wife need to learn all this art  and so, let's make a blog where we can publish all these recipes". Everyone (read 'to-be wife') will have access to the recipes and can learn them easily.

And hence, here's a blog which will capture all the Indian dishes, made in a unique way, which will just melt in your mouth. Try out some for yourself and indulge into something really yummy.
